What SLAs does the enterprise plan have?

The SLA for the free plan is 98% uptime, we are constantly working on increasing that. For the enterprise plan we are currently at 99% and will continue to invest in growing this.

What support does the Enterprise plan have

All free and lower paid plans have free email support and our professional and corporate plans have a dedicated technical account manager.

Do you share your SLA metrics?
We regularly send our users our SLA metrics and you can on the professional and corporate plans get access to these. In the future we'll make public sharing of our SLA metrics.
